我在调试板卡时遇到如下问题，我的板卡是C6670与c6678级联模式的，在连接仿真器时报下面错误：
IcePick_D: Error connecting to the target: (Error -233 @ 0x0) The JTAG IR and DR scan-paths cannot circulate bits, they may be broken. An attempt to scan the JTAG scan-path has failed. The target's JTAG scan-path appears to be broken with a stuck-at-ones or stuck-at-zero fault. (Emulation package 5.0.681.0)
CLKout引脚有时钟输出，上电顺序也符合DATASHEET标准，就是连不上仿真器，我用的wintech的XDS560V2版仿真器，并且更换过仿真器。
